📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures in accordance with international aviation safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze safety performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to employees on safety best practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including waste management and pollution control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of our operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in aviation safety and compliance through continuous learning and professional development.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure readiness for any potential safety incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE engineering, with a focus on aviation safety and compliance.
• Certification in aviation safety management systems (ASMS) or a similar relevant certification.
• Strong knowledge of international aviation safety regulations, including ICAO and IATA standards.
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
