📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of landscape and construction projects.
• Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
• Attend client meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.
• Provide support to the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in landscape and construction.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
