📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to support the company's growth.
• Manage employee engagement and satisfaction through regular feedback and recognition programs.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and policies, including labor laws and company policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to address HR challenges and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Certifications in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
