📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heaters, and ventilation systems.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, providing timely solutions to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support to staff and management regarding HVAC systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
• Participate in emergency response procedures to address urgent HVAC issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or similar.
• Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment, including refrigeration gauges, soldering irons, and vacuum pumps.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
