📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive sales and ensure the store meets and exceeds all performance metrics.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed and enforced.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with food service industry and operations is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
