📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Execute and manage end-to-end corn trading activities, including sourcing, pricing, and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and analyze data using Bloomberg Terminal and TradeWeb.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate trading risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance trading skills.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commodity trading, preferably in corn.
- Proficient in using Bloomberg Terminal and TradeWeb.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with agricultural supply chain and market dynamics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in commodity trading or a related field is a plus.
