📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily offset printing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, including offset presses, printing plates, and finishing machines.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies in the production process.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality printed materials.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in offset printing production, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
• Certification in offset printing technology or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Heidelberg Speedmaster.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, including prepress, pressroom, and postpress operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
