📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Handle and manage bookings and reservations using our in-house system
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide information about our facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of reception supplies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or receptionist role
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
