In this role, you'll be working closely with HR professionals and IT teams to implement and maintain our HR systems. You'll analyze HR workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions. Daily, you'll be troubleshooting system issues, conducting data audits, and providing training to ensure smooth HR operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize HR workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement and maintain HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Conduct data audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data.
• Collaborate with HR professionals and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of HR systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR technology.
• Develop and maintain documentation for HR systems and processes.
• Participate in project teams to drive the implementation of new HR technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Systems Analysis or a similar role.
• Certification in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HR software and tools such as Oracle PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
