📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily farm operations and ensure efficient and sustainable agricultural practices.
• Implement and monitor advanced agronomic techniques to optimize crop production.
• Develop and maintain detailed records of farm activities, including planting, harvesting, and pest control.
• Conduct soil and crop analysis using laboratory equipment and software such as Agrosoft and SoilVision.
• Coordinate with local suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of inputs and services.
• Train and mentor farm staff on best practices in avocado cultivation.
• Ensure compliance with local agricultural regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance farm productivity and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or agronomy, preferably in avocado or similar crops.
• Strong understanding of sustainable agricultural practices and modern farming techniques.
• Proficient in using agricultural software and tools such as Agrosoft, SoilVision, and GPS-based farm management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Familiarity with local agricultural regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
