📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Execute and manage end-to-end corn trading activities, including sourcing, pricing, and delivery.
• Monitor market trends and analyze data using Bloomberg Terminal and TradeWeb.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate trading risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance trading skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commodity trading, preferably in corn.
• Proficient in using Bloomberg Terminal and TradeWeb.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with agricultural supply chain and market dynamics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in commodity trading or a related field is a plus.
