📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement channel strategies to maximize sales and market reach.
• Manage and optimize distribution channels, including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align channel strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze channel performance using data analytics tools.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with channel partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the distribution channels.
• Lead and mentor a team of channel managers to achieve operational and sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, with a proven track record in driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of retail and consumer products industry.
• Proficient in using SAP, Salesforce, and other industry-standard software.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Certified in relevant industry certifications, such as CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or equivalent.
