PT Tunas Sawit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure the restaurant meets all legal requirements and maintains a positive reputation in the community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to use computer systems for inventory management and data analysis.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
