IRIS Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This remote position offers a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and compliance with regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles.

Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule.

Oversee driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize costs.

Coordinate with service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Generate and maintain fleet reports and documentation.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Provide support and guidance to the fleet management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.

Valid driver's license.
