Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.
Use live chat tools like Zendesk Chat and LiveChat to manage and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information.
Monitor chat queues and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce customer support.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our live chat support processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively.
Familiarity with live chat tools like Zendesk Chat and LiveChat is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
