📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of tax consultants and providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.
  • Developing and implementing tax strategies that help clients minimize their tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Providing expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and optimization strategies to clients.
  • Conducting tax audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents.
  • Providing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Certification in tax consulting or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in working with multinational companies is a plus.
