📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support our business objectives.,Work with various departments to understand their training needs and develop customized learning solutions.,Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our training programs to ensure they meet our business objectives.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the alignment of training programs with our organization's goals and strategies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our training programs.,Provide training and development support to employees, including coaching, mentoring, and feedback.,Develop and maintain training materials, including courses, workshops, and online learning modules.,Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans to address identified gaps in knowledge and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a corporate setting.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using training management systems and learning management systems (LMS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
