📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assess employee training needs and develop training plans accordingly.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees during and after training sessions.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
