📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for customers.,Stock shelves, process orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and remotely.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks.,Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Friendly and approachable attitude with a customer-centric approach.,Ability to work both in-store and remotely in a hybrid setting.
