📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and job analysis.
