You will work closely with the finance team to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and posted.
• Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission to the relevant tax authorities.
• Provide financial support to the management team by analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all financial transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
