📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records using SAP and Oracle.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare accurate tax filings.
• Support the finance team in financial planning and analysis, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, preferably in a textile or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle financial software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
