📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Configure and customize EPICOR ERP system to meet the specific needs of LKL Advance Metaltech.
Maintain and optimize the ERP system to ensure seamless integration and efficiency across all business processes.
Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the ERP system.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize ERP solutions, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ERP technology and industry best practices.
Implement and manage data migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Work closely with IT and business teams to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an ERP System Specialist, with a focus on EPICOR, preferably in a manufacturing or metal processing environment.
Strong understanding of EPICOR ERP system, including its modules and functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other relevant software and tools.
Certification in EPICOR ERP system is a plus.
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a strong asset.
