📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
