📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training needs are met.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to employees during training sessions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the smooth operation of training programs.,Assist in the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and other training activities.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Ability to travel for training activities as required.
