📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Banquet Manager in planning and organizing banquet events.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary resources.,Manage banquet staff and ensure they are well-trained and prepared for events.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.,Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor banquet budgets and ensure they are adhered to.,Assist in the preparation of banquet menus and ensure they are executed according to plan.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven experience in event planning and management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and customs.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
