📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and present sales proposals, pricing models, and contract terms to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
