BCOS Greenfield Leader

Barry Callebaut is a global leader in chocolate and cocoa solutions, and we are seeking a dynamic BCOS Greenfield Leader to drive the development of new greenfield manufacturing sites as part of our Next Level footprint strategy. Based in Bandung, Jawa Barat, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, procurement specialists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality chocolate and cocoa solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our global leadership team to identify and develop new greenfield manufacturing sites, ensuring that these sites are designed and built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility studies to site selection, design, construction, and commissioning. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the site is fully integrated with our global supply chain and that it meets all regulatory and environmental requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of engineers, procurement specialists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality chocolate and cocoa solutions.
• Identify and develop new greenfield manufacturing sites as part of our Next Level footprint strategy.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility studies to site selection, design, construction, and commissioning.
• Ensure that the site is fully integrated with our global supply chain and that it meets all regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to ensure that the site is operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Collaborate with global leadership team to align the site with our overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of chocolate and cocoa manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Knowledge of sustainability and environmental regulations applicable to the chocolate and cocoa industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
