📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of department operations,Coordinate and oversee departmental projects and initiatives,Support the Department Head in strategic planning and decision-making,Manage departmental staff and ensure effective team performance,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Facilitate training and development programs for departmental staff,Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field,Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Ability to work effectively under pressure,Strong organizational and time management skills
