📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of the branch in Kuta, Bali.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.,Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide excellent service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the electronics industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
