📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the accounting and finance team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date financial records.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and employees.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
