📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.,Lead and mentor a team of pastry chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and storage procedures.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Collaborate with the Head Chef and other culinary team members to ensure seamless coordination between departments.,Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a pastry kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Valid food handler's license and other relevant certifications.
