Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other operational data.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards in all aspects of the operation.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
