📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Manage and promote events and promotions to attract guests,Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or events management in the hospitality industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with CRM systems and event management software is a plus
