In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees succeed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Advising managers on HR-related issues and providing guidance on employee relations.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assisting in the development of training programs for employees.,Handling employee grievances and resolving conflicts.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Passionate about creating a positive work environment and helping employees succeed.
