Prime Mart Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team in Makassar. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in-store and remotely, providing a flexible work environment. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations in our store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist in store promotions and sales activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle cash and inventory reconciliation tasks.,Assist in training new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and follow store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-store and remote).,Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
