📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Handle cash and maintain accurate records of transactions.,Provide information on banking products and services.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols.,Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in opening and closing bank accounts.,Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in customer service or banking is a plus.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is preferred.
